Refund policy

Customized Purchases:  Returns will ONLY be accepted if: 
1) If there is an error made by the seller.
2) The item is physically damaged. 

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the seller but acceptable reasons may include:
1) An error made by the seller. 
2) The item is physically damaged. 

If the item is being returned to the seller, a refund will not be issued until the item is received at Fathead Threads. 

Refund will consist of purchase price only and will not include shipping costs.
